Streaming Video (or follow along) workouts are workouts in which you watch and perform exercises by following along with a virtual coach.
Audio workouts are workouts in which a coach motivates you and instructs your form and pace from start to finish. These workouts rely less on visual demonstrations, so you don’t need to have your screen readily available.
