A: Unless you cancel, we will hold your reservation for the entire reserved time slot. You can
show up at any point, but it will end at the original end time (e.g., if the reservation is from
10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and you show up at 10:15 a.m., you will still have to leave the club
at 11:00 a.m.).

Can I make a reservation now? I live in Downey, and my Club is in The Promenade. Thank You!!
This is really terrible, will cancel my membership.
This is bad news. Only 1 hour for workout is useless to me. Even 2 hours would require me to reduce my normal workout. Shortest time i can complete a workout is 2.3 hours. Any chance that you will modify this current plan? As i say, this plan make the club useless to me.
Can I not be charged til you return to normal club procedure? I refuse to use my club under faulty corporate regulations based on false narratives
Under an hour workout is totally useless. How are you going to get fifty people in at the same time to get their whole hour. I’m definitely thinking about canceling or freezing if possible till your rules and procedures are useful. Other large gyms don’t have a 1 hour limit right now.
One hour is way too short . Need at least 2 hrs to complete workout and shower
I hour is way way too short. I find that totally unacceptable.
This isn’t a good system for anyone that is moderate to advanced. One hour is nuts, just have us sign a covid waiver and let us workout however long we want. Thinking about canceling.
Time to cancel
This is ridiculously inconvenient, and to continue to charge your customers full club price for these terribly modified rules is ridiculous.
I think after 8 years being a member I may be cancelling. Forcing us to wear masks when we need clean oxygen the most is ludicrous. Gyms should be exempt from this insane rule. Masks dont even prevent spread anyway.. Wake up.
One hour is a joke
I LOVE THE RESERVATIONS. The time limit is perfectly adequate if you know how to appropriately plan your workout. As someone with ASTHMA I can attest that working out with a mask is, while uncomfortable at times, not a problem. Not having the reservations and adequate cleaning throughout the gym during the day puts everyone at a higher risk of catching and spreading this new virus. I'd rather exercise some patience, do a warm up at home, and keep my friends and family safe.
