How do I express my COMPLETE frustration with this horrid idea? I pay, regardless of COVID, for unfettered access to 24 Hour gyms. I do support touch free access but reserving times is wholly unacceptable. What happens when I make a reservation and have to reschedule due to an unexpected family or work event, and the time I am available is full? Or if the only time I have available you are not accepting reservations? I promise this will only happen once or twice and I will cancel my 24 Hour membership. I cannot be the only member who is displeased with this terrible idea.

It may not be the best idea but they’re trying to be cautious. Let’s be more understanding.

I have questions like can we use the locker room for changing before a workout?

I believe the locker rooms are not available at the moment. It was in one of the faq.

@ Damon the answer is SOL. This business clearly values political correctness and excessive and unnecessary restrictions over the contract services they agreed to provide us.

Based on their service and financial condition I am moving on

@Michael Bye Felicia! Must be an idiot to equate a global pandemic to political correctness.

Bradley you’re a real tool. First of all a pandemic just means global which is a meaningless term in this age

Secondly, I happen to feel the gym has an obligation to honor their contract as a necessary public service. More than a million people in this country die every year from weight related issues and millions more suffer, including me.

This is a far greater issue than this minor flue.

Bowing down to these uneducated politicians and even less educated experts is not acceptable. This gym needs to be open at at least 50% capacity now

Can I not be charged til you return to normal club procedure? I refuse to use my club under faulty corporate regulations based on false narratives

I not have very clear if club members have to wear a mask to workout?
I agreed 100% Michael Flyka, we are been paying for full a gym service not an app or a restricted times schedule .

Excited about just being able to go the gym again!! I applaud them trying to comply with what the state is imposing and am fine if it means some inconveniences. The alternative is them closing indefinitely, which I've seen with many other businesses. Sending positive vibes for all to come out of this stronger and more resilient! My club is the Bishop branch on the island of Oahu. Aurigghhh

What a complete cluster f tjis app and the proposed system of reservations and reservation workout lengths are. At a minimum the length of a workout should two hours. And i agree that either the contract should implemented as written that is 24hr full access or a reduction in rate must be put in place

I compete. I work out 2 x day at 2 different locations. Now Only one and 4:30 am is not available. All the reasons that I selected 24 hour are no longer applicable. I have another membership now farther away at another gym. I will still be able to get in 2 workouts for a couple of weeks. I will give 24 hour a chance but if they don’t get their act together, they should close and make way for another real gym to come in.
They didn’t even have the decency to let us know by the normal communication methods. They made us go and find out rather than sending us something.
I hope that it is not true that they fired people via recording. If it is true, you really think they care about us? They just care about the $$$. Corporate America for you.
Being under Chapter 11, you would think they would try to save their business.
You can see who they are focusing on and betting their clients will be.

We should be paying the dues based on the time we spend at the gym

So now that we are making reservations 24 hour is no longer 24 hours but our membership stays the same even if we can’t get in during the “available” slots?! There are only two slots available for the entire day tomorrow. If you want to maintain the name 24 hour why don’t you open time slots all day and all night so people who work odd hours or just don’t want to have to deal with the crowds can get in. Or at least open up the early morning hours and another hour in the evening.

I made a reservation and when I arrived there was a line 30 people deep outside in the 90 degree heat. This is the company doing this ridiculous process. I went to planet fitness and LA fitness and you walk right in. I’m canceling my expensive membership here.

Come on people take some chill pills . The gym just opened 3 days ago. Give them a break. Nothing is ever great at first. Most of you appear to have no patience. Try a little understanding. And be a little bit mire grateful. Grateful that you are alive to workout, have a membership and ability to pay for it. Many don’t have 1/4 of anything right now. Be pro active. If you can book your reservation the night before. Ok that may not work for all but at least try. And give it time to see how it unfolds. For all we know things may be very different in a good way in another week. The good thing is for those of you who desire change you have options to do so. Oh and for those who respond with F you, or any other negative comments changes NOTHING in my thoughts. I’m getting my time slot, getting in a workout and watching to see what happens next. I have no room for bullshit and negativity. Change takes time..

My gym in Denver has tons of open reservations and I make my appt, w/o and wait for 30 mins and just walk in w/o an appt for my 2nd hour. Not 100% perfect...but close and acceptable

@ daphne. First off please don’t spread falsehoods. They have had since March to develop a plan, not 3 days.

Second am overwhelmingly number of members have been telling them this plan sucks for more than a month and they ignored us ( and continue to do so).

Other gyms offering equal services have used some brains and developed plans that allow them to be mostly open. I interviewed 3 gyms this week and had my first full workout yesterday at my new gym. It was very liberating

Finally, the comments section of these FAQs was opened so we could provide feedback. As customers we have a right to telll our service provider how we feel and they have a right to offer what they want to offer. You have a right to be a flaming bitch. However if you’re going to criticize then use facts as to how anyone on here is wrong.

Well Michael it sounds as if you have found a solution that works for YOU. Good for you. As far as your flaming bitch comment all I can say to you is no need to be disrespectful but maybe that’s who you are? And to each his own. Don’t know you and wouldn’t wish to. Bottom line everyone has to find their happiness that works for them. Don’t like it cancel, go somewhere else whatever. Do you boo.

Yes I have no time for your bullshit or negativity either. When your gym goes from chapter 11 to chapter 13 you may change your attitude

I have 2 gyms fighting over me. Looks like I’ll get at least a month free, $10 less per month than i was paying and the same access to all locations.

I’ll be doing my usual 2 hour routine with limited restrictions today

Will cancel once they actually respond to me. Card is cancelled so they can’t charge me anyways.

You two enjoy your 1 hour workouts while the company is still solvent

@Michael boi bye. No negative here. And gyms fighting over you. You full of ya self. But I’m sure your 24 location will miss you. And your new gym giving you a $ discount that should make you happy especially if you NEED it. Some of us such as myself have belonged to several gyms simultaneously for years so have always had choice. Sounds like you new to that concept and probably selecting economical settings . No budget here even with covid.. wish ya well and save your breath and time no response required or required. Middle finger up and yes I can be a TOTAL bitch..
