- If you receive an error after your profile photo is accepted, then you likely need to set up your username and password. Once finished, you should be able to upload a profile photo in the app.
- Please use this link, My24 Account Registration | 24 Hour Fitness, to create your username and password.
- Enter your DOB and member number in the fields and tap continue.
- It will auto-fill the address, email, and phone on file. Please verify and correct this information before proceeding.
- Enter your desired username and password, and tap 'Submit.'
- Once completed, please uninstall/reinstall 24GO to the newest version from the app store to refresh the app.
- Tap Login and enter your new username and password.
- Afterward, you must sign in to 24GO using your username/password.
After you've logged into 24GO with your username and password, proceed to add a photo to your profile. If you continue to receive an error, please email support@24GO.zendesk.com with a screenshot of the error.

The app will not upload a photo. Keeps giving an error. Even in the website when trying to register.
