What do I do if my old 24 Hour Fitness® membership is synced to my 24GO® account?

  1. Tap on the Account icon in the top left.  If you don’t have a profile photo uploaded, it will be a circle with your initials.

  2. Scroll down and tap on “Disconnect My24 Account”.

  3. Tap on “Disconnect 24 Account”.

  4. Scroll down and tap on “Link 24HF Membership”.

  5. Enter your Username and Password or tap on "Link with Member Number" to enter your Date of Birth and Member Number, then tap on "Link Account".

Now 24GO® is synced to your active 24 Hour Fitness® account.

    How can I remove a email from my frozen membership. There’s 2 emails on it.
