24 Hour Fitness Members and Buddy Members
All 24 Hour Fitness Members and Buddy Members need a username and password to use 24GO with full functionality. Your username and password will be the same for My24 (membership management on the 24 Hour Fitness website) and the 24GO mobile app.
If you already have a My24 account for your active membership, you do NOT need to create a new 24GO account - you can simply Log In using the same username and password. You might have created a My24 account while purchasing your membership online or with a staff member in the club.
If you do NOT already have a My24 username and password for your active membership, you can create one in the 24GO app OR on the 24 Hour Fitness website.
In the 24GO app:
1) Tap on Create Account.
2) Are you a 24 Hour Fitness® member? Tap on “Yes”.
3) Validate your membership by entering your date of birth and member number or check-in code, then tap on “Continue”.
4) Enter your email address and create a password.
Note: If you receive an error that your email address is already in use, you may already have a username and password. Please try to Log In.
If you determine that you do NOT have a username and password associated with your active membership, but you’re still receiving an error about your email address, that means it has been used on a previous membership. Please contact support by emailing support@24GO.zendesk.com.
Your 24GO account will automatically be linked to your 24 Hour Fitness® account, which will allow you to upload a profile photo, check into the club, and, depending on your membership, access select content and features like studio class reservations.
On the 24 Hour Fitness website:
- Visit https://www.24hourfitness.com/registration.html#/.
- Validate your membership by entering your date of birth and member number or check-in code, then tap on “Continue”.
- Confirm your email address and other personal information
- Enter a username (preferably your email address) and create a password.
If you do NOT have a username and password associated with your active membership, but your email address and/or username appears in red with the message: “The selected email/username is already in use. Please enter a new one.” then you can either use a different email address if you have one OR contact support by emailing support@24GO.zendesk.com to have the email removed from previous memberships.
24 Hour Fitness® Guest Pass
Note: You will need to obtain a Guest Pass from the 24 Hour Fitness® website or from any 24 Hour Fitness® gym. This Guest Pass will include a confirmation code in which you will use to create your 24GO® account. Once obtained, please follow these instructions:
1) Tap "Continue with Guest Pass".
2) Enter your confirmation code and last name, then tap "Continue".
3) Enter a Password, then tap Create Profile.
Once you become a member you can follow the directions below to link your 24GO® account to your 24 Hour Fitness® account.
Non-24 Hour Fitness® Members
You can register an account by following these instructions.
1) Tap “Create account”.
2) Are you a 24 Hour Fitness® member? Tap "No".
3) Enter your first/last name, date of birth, email and password, then tap on "Create Profile".
Once you become a member, you can reach out to support@24GO.zendesk.com to sync your existing 24GO profile with your active membership.
