List view workouts allow you to see each exercise and go at your own pace. They include short, less-than-30-second demo videos that illustrate how to do each exercise.
Video workouts are workouts in which you watch and perform exercises by following along with a coach or instructor on-screen.
Audio workouts are primarily cardio workouts in which a coach motivates you and instructs your form and pace verbally from start to finish. These workouts rely less on visual demonstrations, so you don’t need to have your screen readily available. Audio workouts are not included with all memberships.
