Your 10 Digit Check-in Code is usually your phone number (area code + number). If you need assistance in determining your 10 Digit Check-in Code, please contact us at support@24GO.zendesk.com. You may also use your 24 Hour Fitness member number, which can be found on your membership agreement.

I want to schedule a workout, the app reads error. You can not schedule more than one appointment. I have zero appointments scheduled for today.
The app reads i was at a gym or had a appointment at 2pm ?!?! I did not .

Why there is no on line / virtual class scheduled today?
Someone looking at the my 24 hour fitness app it doesn't have any record of me signing in which is not accurate as there are days where I check in twice a day at different locations and none of those are showing it anymore
