I am a platinum member and I have trouble reserving my class
It kicks me out and I’m a platinum member since 2014. Though I sign up under Kaiser’s SilverAndFit

I start getting this make reservation problem yesterday. I am a platinum member and have no problem reserve classes via my mobile phone before. Please help to resolve this issue ASAP

I have all club membership and was able to make reservations up until Monday 6/19. Not sure what updates took place its preventing any class reservations online, please address this asap instead of forcing members to talk to a agent/clerk at the gym.
This app is used by ALL level memberships to reserve classes and then you take it away because they’re not Platinum members? What are you people thinking? I know I won’t be the only one calling corporate because I’m unable to reserve a class! SMFH!
I echo Laura and Kim above. Was able to reserve a class up to Tuesday 6/20 but now cannot reserve a class for today 6/22.
I also echo the above complaints. Never had a problem until this morning,6/22, now can’t reserve a class. I get a pop up directing me to upgrade or call local club. Called the local club and have to call back to talk to a specific person who isn’t available for several hours. By the time I get to talk to this person the class will be full. I’ve been a member since 1984 and purchased a lifetime, all club, all sport membership; should not have access limitations or need to upgrade. I hope this is an app update programming error and not something else… A reply from a 24 rep to this thread is needed, customer service please!
I’ve been trying all morning. Even asked the front desk people at 2 different gyms and they couldn’t manually reserve for me either. One of the managers even tried reserving herself a spot and it didn’t work for her either. She said it has to do with their computer system. Either they’re upgrading it or working on something. So what are we suppose to do to reserve our spots for classes coming up???? Hope they resolve this soon!!!
