Reservations may be canceled up to the start time of the class. If you know you will not be able to attend a reserved class, we ask that you cancel as early as possible to open the spot for someone to reserve.
Do reservations need to be cancelled by a particular time?

Looks like these clubs went back to the old way of avoiding cancellations. I keep getting the run around at clubs
